I cheated! However, from what I read on several sites, the President was Cowboy Calvin Coolidge - and he supposedly wore only underwear and a cowboy hat while "exercising" on his version of a mechanical bull. I was surprised at how many Commander-in-Chiefs have had "cowboy fetishes."
