Each year, the American Legion sponsors a national oratorical contest for high school students. For a number of years, I served as a local judge and saw some great young men and women speak on Constitutional issues.

This year's national finals were held in Indianapolis this past Sunday (April 23). The first place winner was a dynamic young man from Massachusetts, and the second place winner was an equally dynamic young lady from Maryland. Both spoke on Amendment 10.
