Booth's diary and missing pages
Have the missing 18 pages from Booth's diary (now at the Ford's Theater Museum) ever been found and transcribed or photographed? They were supposedly released from the Stanton family through an antiques appraiser, Joseph Lynch, of Worthington, MA, in 1976.

This was a hoax. Please see Richard Sloan's (emma1231's) post here. Also, please see the late Laurie Verge's post right before Richard's. Also, Ed Steers' Lincoln Legends: Myths, Hoaxes, and Confabulations Associated with Our Greatest President (cited by Richard) discusses this myth in detail.
