Great Displays of Fireworks!

Last night we saw a great display of picnics,music and fireworks with good friends! It was a tremendous slice of "Americana"!Let's talk about our wonderful 4th of July experiences!Go ahead,please share your stories!

Herb, my favorite memory when I was young was spending an inordinate amount of time with sparklers. They fascinated me, and I simply could not get my fill of them.

Roger, the memory that still comes to my mind when some mentions the Fourth of July is three sparklers in a Coke bottle.

Of course, being young boys, we had to play with more dangerous fireworks--some of which we made ourselves--and it's a miracle we weren't hurt.

Yes,I saw the negative results of fireworks as a kid,my friend got his fingers burned when he goofed up his toss of a"cherry-bomb"!
