| Victorians and Snow
Found this wonderful old photo of two circa 1888 ladies playing in the snow and making a Victorian snow-lady! Quite a good one, too! Also, check out Dave Taylor's BoothieBarn regarding JWB and some snowy adventures.... "The Past is a foreign country...they do things differently there" - L. P. Hartley

That is an amazing photo, Betty! Those ladies were truly talented. Also, thanks for the update on Boothie Barn, I visited there last evening after reading your post; Dave's article is wonderful. Perhaps I'll try going out in my yard and build a "snow girl" today. If it turns out any good I'll post a picture.

Snow sculptures are fun! It was my job, with 5 other guys, to guard our dorm's snow sculpture[covered wagon] in Michigan, during our Winter Festival. It was very cold that night in 1965.

I loved to make snow angels when I was a kid! Now,I think it would be an earthquake in the winter!
