I suspect that it is not on display at Ford's now because the whole focus of the new museum is on Lincoln, not on the history of the building or the assassination. A pity, IMO, and I have heard several visitors at Surratt House express the exact same thoughts.

As for digging through the Resource Center now, I understand that NPS personnel are not as well-versed in what they have as was Gloria Swift.
