New Doris Kearns Goodwin book on TR
Just got some information from one of my Tarbell connections that Doris Kearns Goodwin will publish a new book on November 5 called The Bully Pulpit: Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and the Golden Age of Journalism about the friendship between Teddy Roosevelt and William Howard Taft and will also touch on Tarbell, William Allen White, Lincoln Steffens and all the other usual suspects of that era.
