Wonderful resource, Rob! Thanks a bunch -- I wrote a paper on Lincoln's assassination and mourning in my Grad years....too bad that I didn't know about this resource!

I knew that Dr. Abram Dunn Gillette, Powell's comforter in the death cell and on the gallows, had written a sermon on Lincoln's death but could never find it! There it is - April 23, 1865 - thanks a bunch!
