William Mc Daniel in King George, VA

(I have Corresponded with a descendant of that family, lives near Pittsburgh, PA, and got her family tree, showing the above.)
PS2. I have a picture of McDaniel, but it is poor. He is shown with a group of Veterans gathered near the Court House in the 1880's. He is labeled "Billy McDaniel".
Some day we may get a grasp of these doings, and finally understand how their system worked.
