Thank you to Steve for sending this article. Steve writes, "I have an article to post to the Forum, maybe in the Joe Barry thread. It's from page 1 of the 17 April 1865 edition of the New York Tribune. It's an account of the assassination give by Capt. Theodore McGowan."
