Close enough, Gene! Ford paid $2400 for the chair. Adjusted for inflation, that's $44,094.74 in today's money.

Unfortunately, the prize vault is empty and I know nothing about electric cars......

For some reason, the price of the Lee table has been stuck in my head since I read it over 45 years ago in 20 Days. Same with the rocker.
