Chaney Sr. was the phantom of the opera (1925) There is actually a color version of this movie that I have, although most of it is in black and white. Back in the days of the silent movies they would have organs in the theatres to establish effect. My great-grandmother was one of those that would play. I am sure that she played for a lot of Chaney's movies. Craig |
