I belive nature's temper tantrums are greatly human-made. If man destroys nature, nature will destroy man.
Or as one of our (IMO) greatest presidents, Richard von Weizsäcker, said, "Man needs nature, but nature doesn't need man. Man is a part of nature, not superior to it. He will only long-term survive if he understands that."

We did a lovely 40 miles bike tour through (still) gorgeous nature to the seaside. Happy Easter Monday everyone.
