Laurie. You are having a problem with Secret stuff being Classified for ever. I was reading some info on the CIA website that was classified at the end of WWII - Namely "The Invasion of Japan at the end of WWII." They discuss every option that the US considered. whether to surround the Islands and starve them out, or Invade, etc. They chose the "Bomb" solution. What was more Secret than that? They show how many men that would be on each side etc. etc. They show ALL THE DETAILS. Yet, That isn't classified now.
AND CIA has an article titled "Conspiracy in Canada". I didn't read it, but it HAS to be St. Albans Raid.
I don't know how to find it on the web site. What I am leading up to is ...... Using this as an example, can we convince Kentucky to remove the Classification of the Honorarium? I am willing to try to work this out, if I can reference the "Research Center" as my basis for "my needs"? I doubt they would even consider my request, without the "Clout" your Society carries.
