Interesting comment Bill. Some valid points.
For the sake of the discussion (because you are right, we will probably never know) I will suggest Booth was familiar enough with this type of weapon and would not trust the loading of the derringer to some one else. So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |
