Odd Fellows Hall
At the 1865 trial Weichmann testified, “I was passing down Seventh Street, in company with Mr. Surratt; and, when opposite Odd Fellows’ Hall, some one called, “Surratt, Surratt!” and, turning round, Mr. Surratt recognized an old acquaintance of his, Dr. Samuel A. Mudd, of Charles County, Md.”

The Odd Fellows' Hall still exists in D.C., despite several changes in appearance over the centuries. The link will take you (I hope, including photos) to a history of the Odd Fellows as well as their club house:
