He certainly won't win the JWB "Snappy dresser of the year" award. From other photos of Booth, I can't imagine him having his photo taken in those clothes or hair not perfectly combed.

Also his hands look arthirtic, rheumatism or injured in some way.

She looks like she is enjoying the happy occasion too!

Neat find Jenny, but I'm with you on this one.
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?
