You simply download the application to your computer, install it and viola! You and anyone else with Dropbox installed can have access to the files. You simply add their email address to a list. Dave Taylor introduced me and others to Dropbox and it's amazing! We even use it at work now --

The Surratt House was introduced to Dropbox about a year ago thanks to photographers. Our biggest drawback when John first made his offer to provide a disk was not having computer-savvy staff at the library to know ways around problems. In truth, I have only one staff member who even comes close, and she only works weekends now because of motherhoood. So far, no IT specialist has volunteered to assist or even apply for the vacant librarian position.

Betty - you, Julie, Dave, and I need to talk to get this situation rectified. I'll spring for pizza one Saturday...
