New book by Harold Holzer

New books have been coming in fast and furious over the past month, and I believe that this is one of the stacks. It sounds like his usual, impressive work; but I can't imagine that he has covered anything that hasn't been touched on by other experts (including himself in previous books).

That's what I'm a bit afraid of, too (and the book is not a bargain). The crux with all the Lincoln books (as not published here) is that I can't thumb through them in a bookstore or order for inspection and return if they seem disappointing.
