John Stanton (SSlater) would be of greater help than I would, but off the top of my head, I would recommend you contact Elizabeth Lee of the King George County Historical Society. She is very knowledgeable about the families of King George and, if memory serves me correctly, she is a relative of the McDaniel family in some way.
