Laurie, my condolences over the loss of this grand old home. I know from personal experience such a home can be thought of almost as a part of the family, and when it finally succumbs to the inevitable, it can be just as painful as losing a loved one. Fortunately, you have many memories to ease the pain and many friends to share your loss.
