Agreed.

I DO think that the dress looks somewhat like late 1860s - probably 1866-1869 or thereabouts....the hairstyle, yes. The diagonal stripes on the "jockey caps" or "imitation" jockey caps on the sleeves simply scream 1867-1868 to me....
