Illinois has been running an interesting tourism campaign on TV using Abraham Lincoln. Well, a little plastic Mr. Lincoln. As a former advertising art director, I found it funny and very good – memorable. And it has been successful, according to this report. Scroll down the page a bit and you will come to a video of one of the commercials.
