I agree, Gene and Jim. On September 4, 2013, Dave posted, "I really want to recreate John Wilkes Booth and David Herold's time in the Pine Thicket. My spring break is in April and I would like to spend a good 5 days roughing it in the great outdoors like they did."

How could they give the part to anyone else? He's going the extra mile to earn the role. And his blog is so good it's in a class by itself.
