I agree that he was very effective and dedicated. I'll even agree that he head-manned the kidnapping scheme. But I don't believe he ok'd the assassination or Harney plot without Davis' authorization. There is simply no evidence of him ever working behind Davis' back.

As far as the Jewish population all I know is there is no place in Northeast Georgia to get a decent bagel. Up north there's a deli in every other shopping center.
