Those who do not understand men like Lee & Jackson as Christians, as men of faith, will never fully understand them. In this case, Lee humbled himself in obedience to God and did what he did regardless of what others might think of him. Lee said many times that he was but a poor sinner saved by the grace of God and deperately in need of continual prayer. He was great, in part, because of his humility. Rick |
