New (to me at least) Arsenal pictures

I found these in a book called "Historic Photos of Washington". Apparently the grounds of the arsenal were used as a picnic area of sorts. The second picture clearly shows what looks to me like Grant Hall, but was not (as Grant Hall was carved out of a larger building if I understand Barry correctly.)
