Roger, I personally think it was Lucy Hale at the Aquidneck House but that's just me speculating. I just think he was protecting the identity of someone of a higher class than Ella, and I suspect Lucy. I also don't know if he would have bothered to hide Ella's name completely like that if she had been the woman with him; she used so many darn names that they could have just written in one of her aliases! You never know though!
