A President Who Was Truly Ahead Of His Time
Thanks to Laurie for sending this:
A PRESIDENT WHO WAS TRULY AHEAD OF HIS TIME: "When both the movie set designer and the prop master (not to mention everyone else involved in shooting a scene) share a senior moment, the result can be quite entertaining for those who know where to look. In the film Lincoln, for example, there’s a shot of a White House interior with a bust of Woodrow Wilson in the foreground, along with an electrical outlet." RE: A President Who Was Truly Ahead Of His Time
Spotting the obvious mistakes in films is a whole cottage industry in itself. I think sometimes the decision is made to allow the mistakes to pass through after the fact because it would be too expensive to reshoot.
