Coming: TV Story on George Washington's Spies

A PROGRAM ON GEORGE WASHINGTON'S SPIES WILL BE SHOWN ON APRIL 9 ON CH. 254 (amc I THINK) ABOUT 9PM. FILMED IN VA ON THE SITE OF THE "JOHN ADAMS" STORY. (SO, YOU MIGHT RECOGNIZE SOME OF THE SCENES.) THE SITE IN ON THE VA PRISON FARM JUST WEST OF RICHMOND. VA IS WORKING HARD TO HAVE MORE WORKS LIKE THIS SHOT IN VA.
THERE IS VERY LITTLE WRITTEN ABOUT SPYING IN THIS TIME FRAME, BECAUSE IT WAS SO HAPHAZARD. THERE WERE NO EMBEDDED MOLES. THE SPIES WERE ORDINARY PEOPLE WHO LIVED WERE THE ACTION WAS, AND SENT WHAT THEY SAW - HOW MANY CANNON- HOW MANY MEN - WHO WAS IN CHARGE -ETC.
A SPY WAS USUALLY SENT OUT TO LOOK AROUND AND RETURN IN A DAY OR SO.
I HOPE THEY LEAVE NATHAN HALE ALONE. THERE IS SOME QUESTION THAT HE DID NOT SAY HIS FAMOUS WORDS. tHERE ARE OTHER STORIES THAT HE WAS NOT EXACTLY BRILLIANT. i LIKE TO REMEMBER HIM AS WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT TO BELIEVE.

Yes,I saw it,and it was great! I just found out Today that one of Washington,spys is burried in the same Cemetary as my greatgrandfather[160th-NY].

They certainly did their homework as far as the costumes and set designs.
