RE: Happy Halloween
That's him. Morrow was very intense and very psychopathic in it - really a good performance.

Betty, was it Morrow in that film who went to the window nude from the waist up to shout something to people in the street while a love conquest was in the bed behind him? I remember we questioned if even Booth would appear half-naked in public in the 1860s.

RE: Happy Halloween
There were a lot of errors with that film - and we were able to change a lot of the most glaring of them. Mr. Welliver, who played Powell, listened attentively to myself and the late Brian Pohanka who was also a historical consultant - and we got the director to change a lot of things which were wrong. But when it came to Morrow - his word was law and he did things the way HE wanted them done!

RE: Happy Halloween
You are so sweet Laurie. Thank you. I just finished my sons makeup for school today. He is a werewolf. He put the costume together himself ( with some help ). He found an old wig that I had gotten at a White Sox game on Mullet Night for his fur. So now he looks like some cross breed between Eddie Munster and Billy Ray Cyrus. We are calling him " Were-billy."

Thank you, Roger.

Why is it, people today, can't seem to translate "sic semper tyrannis"?
It is fairly simple, and although I haven't taken a Latin class since my Freshman year in college, I'm not sure why it is an issue for debate. Perhaps Booth's words, as he shouted and jumped to the stage, are the issue of debate? Apparently, it wasn't clear, what he shouted, correct?

One question for Mike: How many of the young boys in your wife's class have crushes on her?

I am not sure yet. I know in the past there have been a few. She is going to love that when I tell her.
