RE: Colourised Photos
Question....???

I notice in the colorized photos where Lincoln is dressed in gray, his hair and beard have more gray. Is that just part of the colorizing photo process. Or did the photographer catch him on a day he forgot to use Grecian Formula 44?

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

Good eye!

Actually I am updating my colorization process. The two in gray have not been updated yet. If you notice the first one and the not released one (both seated) have a more lifelike appearance. When the others are ready I will post them. Since I have linked to the images here they will update automatically.

Basically all new images are using the new colorization and existing images are being updated as a request or sale is made for them.

Thanks, that is one of the earlier ones I did. I keep coming back to it to try and make it better. It really shows the mood between the two very well.

Thanks Laurie. I think if you see it after it is updated you will appreciate the difference. The skin tones right now are a bit monotone and will be more realistic (like to first and last ones are). I already updated Mary Todd this way as well.

RE: Colourised Photos
I do like the new coloring because the gray is still there, but more fine-tuned and delicate.

David, Again I have to say your work is one of a kind. May I ask you if I would like to order a few of your prints how would go about placing an order? Get back to me when you have time. Thank you. Gary
