And very close to it is the original pew that the Lincolns sat in when attending the church -- except for the times that the President chose to sit in a parlor right outside and listen because he thought his presence might create a stir in the congregation. At least that's what is told on tours, and the parlor retains the Victorian furniture and a number of artifacts and documents pertaining to Lincoln.
