Found a recording of the "Original" 1857 words and verses to "Jingle Bells" or as it is originally known "One-Horse Open Sleigh" -
The tune is a bit different from what we know of as "Jingle Bells" - but this is the original -

Happy Xmas to you, too, Betty! I didn't know the song is that old - I always link it to Bing Crosby. One of my favorites - anyway the American ones are just good-mood-carols.
