Rare Lincoln first inauguration photograph will be up for auction Friday at Sotheby's. Expected to bring $30K.

"The picture was taken on March 4, 1861, and was recently rediscovered. But who was behind the camera?"

That was taken by one of Washington's first female photographers. She also invented a quick film developing process.

You've probably heard of her, Paula Roid.

I've actually seen that photo in the illustrated edition of Lincoln by Carl Sandburg
