They've Killed President Lincoln is a 1971 TV Special produced by David L. Wolper, and narrated by Richard Basehart, as part of Wolper's Appointment With Destiny series. The special uses interviews with actors playing real people and rivaled the You Are There series Walter Kronkite had. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for this. It looks very promising. I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but I will.

Tom:

Thank you again for this documentary. I finally got around to watching it. It is very interesting. Unfortunately, it is somewhat dated and for that reason, and others, has some inaccuracies. This should not surprise us. Virtually all historical accounts are in some degree inaccurate. The Lincoln assassination is especially enigmatic. But progress is always being made in distilling truth from fiction.

I remember watching when it first was broadcast, back when I was in high school
