Cadiz (pronounced like the Spanish city, Kat'is) is a sleepy town in east-central, Ohio, a coal-mining area. I cannot imagine why he decided to reside there, with all the more popular places to live in the east. If anyone knows, please advise. My only problem with Bingham is the fact that in his famous summation, he piled error upon error in his arguments against Spangler. Spangler was innocent. Amen.
