Facinating article on Davey Herold and his connections with Booth -- why did photographer/illustrator Anthony Berger, who worked with Brady, claim that he photographed the newly captured Herold right after Booth's Autopsy? Interesting photo comparisons of Herold photos and engravings -

Fascinating, Betty. My image of Herold has always been of his hair parted at the side and having a "fuller" face than seen in that Berger image.

Tumblety is a fascinating character - was he Jack the Ripper? Good possibility.....Mike Kauffman probed into that area with some detail.

I think that the observations on Herold's photographs are very interesting.
