RE: Just for Fun - RJNorton - 03-24-2015 03:57 PM I am probably the only one who loves (or remembers) Larry Hall singing "Sandy." Jim, I cannot believe your wife is named Patty! RE: Just for Fun - Thomas Kearney - 03-24-2015 04:53 PM I'm pretty sure with the song I put in that everyone has figured out I'm the youngest forum member. Jim, I cannot believe your wife is named Patty! Roger, about 15 years ago, I was contacted by email by a Jim Page from South Africa, who was doing a little project contacting and creating a data base about other Jim Pages. He said that, oddly enough, 17% of the Jim Pages he had found were married to women named Patty. Another odd thing was a high number of priests and ministers among the group. I told him that I lived a block from a minister named Jim Page, in Calverton, Maryland, and he emailed back that he already had that Jim Page in his data base. Some people research the weirdest things . . . OOOPS; picked the wrong place to make THAT comment!!! --Jim (03-24-2015 03:55 PM)HerbS Wrote: Jim,I will always remember-Elvis the Pelvis! Herb, I was lucky enough to see Elvis in concert a couple of years before his passing. My wife didn't want to go, but I insisted. His version of "Battle Hymn of the Republic" raised the hair on the back of my neck. He also wore a high-collared jump suit that resembled a Confederate uniform, which was a big hit; the concert was in Tampa. I've also been lucky enough to play guitar and bass for a very talented local Elvis tribute singer named Johnny Seaton a few times. I love that rockabilly stuff!!! --Jim RE: Just for Fun - L Verge - 03-24-2015 06:42 PM (03-24-2015 01:58 PM)Thomas Kearney Wrote: Un-Break My Heart by Toni Braxton Because You Loved Me is the song that my daughter dedicated to me at her wedding in September of 1996.
