I was watching the movie "Sherlock Holmes and the Pearl of Death" this morning when I noticed in the background of the scene at 221-B Baker Street a framed photograph of President Abraham Lincoln.

I've never seen any of the Halloween movies, but I do recognize the 2nd picture from the Manchurian Candidate.

The Manchurian Candidate -- now there was a scary movie. I've thought about it frequently over the past decade...
